Your package was marked as delivered in your mailbox with our evidence that we sent out the package and paid for the shipping. Our store policy dictates that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages and proper policy is to contact the shipping courrier. We are always happy to find a resolution with customers who respect our small business and *myself* as a store owner given that we'd be losing money to send out a package twice including shipping and materials, your tone and actions are not that of a respectable customer. Given that you placed a chargeback and still received your order it is within our right to sue you for defrauding our store. We don't take accusations lightly and we also do have the evidence to show in court. We take care of our valued customers and always provide solutions, unfortunately your character and defamation is what led us to contact our lawyer. Have a nice day!
