Refund and Exchange Policy Disclaimer 

As we work to prioritize the hygiene of our garments and for the health of our customers,  we do not offer EXCHANGES OR RETURNS of our compression garments as ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We want to avoid selling any garment that someone else already wore, and in that same way, we assure you to receive a clean and new product. We thank you for your business and hope you all understand and abide by our policies before and after purchasing from Wasp Waist Co. If you need help with your size, please feel free to contact us via our chatbot located at the front page, and we will be glad to assist you. Once more, all sales are final, no returns or exchanges are to be made UNLESS we have mistakenly sent out the wrong size or garment. We do not offer refunds, ONLY in-store credit. Please make sure to refer to our size guides provided in all of our product descriptions before making a purchase. 

In case we sent out the wrong size for our full body fajas, all tags must be present in order for an exchange to be processed, otherwise eligibility for exchange or return will be VOID. ​Pictures of the garment may be requested to verify that tags are still on, no wear, tear, or damage is present including stains, and in original packaging. We can only exchange waist trainers not the full body garments due to hygienic and sanitary reasons. Waist trainers can only be exchanged once. YOU HAVE 2 WEEKS FROM EXCHANGE REQUEST BEING ACCEPTED TO SEND YOUR GARMENT BACK, OTHERWISE REQUEST AND RETURN LABEL WILL BE VOID.

PREORDERS

PLEASE NOTE, PREORDER ORDERS CANNOT BE CANCELED OR REFUNDED ONCE PLACED. All preorders are placed to our manufacturer with specific size and quantities, canceling your order would imply canceling with our manufacturer and having leftover inventory. We do not offer refunds at this time for preorders, all orders are final sale. Thank you for understanding.

 Nuestra póliza de regreso de cinturillas y full body fajas es la siguiente. Por higiene y por salud de nuestros clientes y de nuestro personal,  no podremos cambiar las prendas de compresión ni las cinturillas, ya que esto puede resultar en prendas previamente usadas siendo regresadas a nuestra tienda. Queremos evitar vender alguna prenda que ya uso y toco  alguien mas, espero nos comprendan, así mismo les aseguramos recibir un producto nuevo y limpio! Solo cambiamos 1 vez si hay algun error de nuestra parte en question de estilo de prenda, color, o talla.  Si su cambio es aceptado, usted es la encargada de comprar las estampillas de envío.  Favor de referirse a la tabla de medidas, usar cinta para medir su cintura, o consultar con nuestra caja de preguntas ubicada en la pagina web principal, hablamos español. Una vez mas, no aceptamos regresos, no damos reembolsos, y todas las ventas son FINALES. Si es aceptada su cambio por error nuestro, usted tiene 2 semanas para enviar la prenda a nuestra ubicación. No se aceptara ninguna prenda sin el empaque original, sin etiqueta original, o con rasgos de uso. NO SE HACE REEMBOLSOS MONETARIOS, SOLO SE DA CREDITO DE TIENDA. Gracias por su comprensión.  

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Buy online, Pick-Up in Store (BOPIS) Policy

Items bought online and scheduled for local pickup will usually be ready within 1-2 hours of purchase date (excluding weekends and holidays). A notification will be sent to customer, but further efforts to reach customer will also be taken into consideration in order to facilitate pick-up process. If a customer fails to accept delivery or pick up a product within 60 days of pickup notification date, Wasp Waist Co. has the right to sell, dispose of, or use any such products in any way it chooses. 


Refunds

Unfortunately, At this time Wasp Waist Co is not offering refunds for our products due to sanitary measures and health precautions on our personnel. All sales are final, no refunds are given, In-store credit only. 

However, if we have sent you the wrong item, size, or color, we will gladly offer you a refund which should arrive in a timely manner and through your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. You have 30 days from date of purchase to be eligible for a refund if approved by store owner or personnel. You have to receive a return label from store to be eligible and you have 2 weeks to ship the garment back to be eligible for a return. An additional $15-$20 fee may apply for shipping and handling. Please refer to our RETURNS AND REFUND policy section for more detailed information. 

To start a return for refunded item approved by us, you can contact us at waspwaistcofficial@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
