I first order the vest to wear at the gym. It fit great but was bulky on the shoulders making it feel uncomfortable to workout. I then ordered the faja. It fit great on the tummy but did rise up the butt area making it look awkward when wearing jeans. Overall, happy with both products but to wear at home
